Include intervening newlines in the next erase.

After render("line1\nline2"), prevLineCount is 3. If process.stderr.write("log\n") runs before the next render, it advances the cursor by one row. Erasing only 3 rows then leaves line1 visible.

Track intervening newlines separately. Add that count to the next erase, then reset it after the render. The current render recomputes prevLineCount from the payload, so restoring an increment to prevLineCount in _onData would not create the claimed cumulative offset. Update the regression test to check the resulting display, not only the erase-code count.

Review comment at @src/utils/log-update.ts around lines 74 - 78:
Update the log updater’s render() and _onData() flow to track intervening
newline counts separately from prevLineCount, include the pending count in the
next eraseLines() call, and reset it after rendering. Update the regression test
to verify the resulting display after intervening output, not just the
erase-code count.

Stop each LogUpdate instance during teardown.

The first test leaves its stdout wrapper installed. In the second test, listen() skips stdout, so stdout writes reach the first test’s _onData() instead of the active instance. Keep a reference to each test instance and call done() in afterEach() before restoring the stream stub.

Update the tests in the LogUpdate instance setup to retain each instance and
call its done() method in afterEach() before restoring the stderr stub, ensuring
its stream wrapper is removed during teardown.
