### Changed

- The bundled `sip-trunking` skill now uses the typed `plivo sip` commands
(trunks, URIs, credentials, IP access control lists, call records) and
`numbers update --trunk-id`. It previously told agents the CLI had no SIP
commands and routed every step through raw `plivo api` calls, so agents
avoided the commands that validate input and keep passwords off the command
line. `plivo api` remains for call Insights and as a documented fallback.
- The skill adds xAI Voice Agents (inbound, `sip.voice.x.ai;transport=tls`),
which now has a Plivo integration guide, and points to `plivo skill install`
for the other skills instead of `npx skills add`.
