Release openkal-linux 0.25.0 against OpenKal 0.24. A helper can declare its unit before starting external writers, retain a validated observation reference, and retire only after those writers have ended. Missing or ambiguous native identity remains unknown; no process registry or additional spawn form is introduced.
The implementation is paired with mcpplibs/openkal#62 and consumed by mcpplibs/os#17 and mcpp-community/mcpp#889. Closing an observer does not terminate a unit. Retirement verifies the same live continuation identity and does not grant control of its unit.
Validation: prior actual C ABI and OS consumers passed on all three native hosts, including controller loss, descendant writers, stale identity, explicit continuation and retirement. This revision updates public version metadata, examples and the released mcpp bootstrap. Full repository conformance and platform checks run on this PR; source-only controls do not replace them.
Under PIC, standalone thread-local accesses use the initial-exec model so the lowest layer does not call a C library dynamic TLS resolver. The hosted model is unchanged. Real GCC/Clang x64 and Clang AArch64 object controls retain the old undefined resolver as the negative control and remove it in the candidate.
