What and why

9dbc2ef made Operate Work at full strength and rewrote its three English descriptions: the mode picker hint (AppModeOperateHint), the hotbar action (HotbarActionModeOperateDescription) and the settings detail (ConfigChoiceDetailModeOperate). None of the fourteen other packs followed, so outside English Operate is still described the old way. In zh-Hans the mode picker says Operate turns your prompt into a goal, and the hotbar says it puts your Fleet to work in parallel.

This translates the current English for those three keys in the fourteen packs. The mode picker leaves the hint 51 columns, and the English hint is cut there (Work at full strength: a goal, parallel agents,…), so each pack's hint is a short form of the English that fits whole. The hotbar and settings texts follow the English sentence. Each pack keeps its mode names (Work, Operate, or 실행/운영 in Korean) and the words it already uses for agents, goal and workflow. Corrections from native speakers are welcome.

Issue

No-Issue: the Operate descriptions in fourteen packs still carry the wording 9dbc2ef replaced

How I tested it

  • Rendered the mode picker at 80x24 in all fifteen packs with a throwaway test. On this branch every non-English hint shows whole, with no ellipsis.
  • python3 scripts/check-tui-locale-parity.py: PASS.
  • cargo test -p codewhale-localization: 54 passed.
  • cargo nextest run -p codewhale-tui --lib: 15245 passed, 44 failed, and the same 44 fail on main here. 41 need the extension host, which wants Node ^22.19 or >=24 and finds 23.11 on this machine; two are mcp::http_client tests that fail because of a local HTTP proxy; and parent_agent_surface_stays_within_measured_ceiling reads 90552 bytes against its Linux-measured ceiling, the same number on main.
  • cargo clippy -p codewhale-localization -p codewhale-tui --all-targets --all-features with CI's flags and cargo fmt --all -- --check: clean.

Checklist

  • One focused change, rebased on current main
  • cargo fmt --all passes, and tests cover new or changed behavior
  • If this adds or changes a user-facing feature, I updated its docs and its row in docs/features.toml (cargo test -p codewhale-tui --test feature_registry checks it) — n/a

9dbc2ef made Operate Work at full strength and rewrote its three
English descriptions: the mode picker hint, the hotbar action and the
settings detail. No pack followed, so outside English Operate is still
described the old way, as turning the prompt into a goal for background
workers.

Translate the current English in the fourteen packs. The mode picker
leaves the hint 51 columns, so each pack's hint is a short form of the
English that fits there whole; the hotbar and settings texts follow the
English sentence. Each pack keeps its mode names and its words for
agents, goal and workflow.

npm trusted publishing generates provenance automatically, and npm requires
package.json `repository` to match the publishing repository case-sensitively
(https://docs.npmjs.com/generating-provenance-statements/). The repository is
`codewhale-hq/Codewhale`; the manifest said `codewhale-hq/CodeWhale`, so the
0.10.1 npm publish would have been rejected after the GitHub release was
already public. Fixes repository.url, homepage and bugs.url in
npm/codewhale/package.json. Download URLs elsewhere are case-insensitive and
unchanged.

changelog pass; add the session-journal bounds that landed for codewhale-hq#6842 with
their stated limits (refs codewhale-hq#6842, thanks @7jrxt42BxFZo4iAnN4CX).

Evidence, clean clone of main 8ffd6b7 plus this change:
- scripts/release/check-versions.sh: "Version state OK: workspace=0.10.1,
  npm=0.10.1, npm-binary=0.10.1, lockfile in sync."
- npm/codewhale npm test: 101 passed, 0 failed.
- npm test: 540 Node passed, 0 failed, 7 skipped; 772 web passed.
- npm run check:web: passed, 894 pages. sync-changelog --check: up to date.
- No Rust source changed; no Rust build or test was run for this commit.
- Not provable before publication: the npm registry's own provenance check.
