This PR adjusts the LinkTargetModelView post-fixer logic so that an explicitly provided linkTarget (for example, coming from paste operations) is preserved and not overwritten by the computed default target for a URL.
Changes:
- Skip default-target computation for inserted link nodes that already carry a
linkTargetattribute. - Skip default-target computation for link child nodes when
linkTargetis already present on the node.
