Add Dark Theme, Random Problem Button, and UI Improvements

• Add a dark theme toggle in the header (next to the language switcher) with instant switching and localStorage persistence.
• Add a Random Problem button before Reset that selects a random problem from the currently filtered table.
• Replace the current font with a cleaner, more readable font.
• Apply color coding to ratings (range: 1000–4000).
