JavaFX Scientific Calculator

A scientific calculator interface built with Java and JavaFX in NetBeans.

Features

  • Basic arithmetic: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
  • Trigonometric functions: sin, cos, tan, cot, sec, csc
  • Logarithmic operations: log, ln
  • Power and root operations: x^2, x^y, 10^x, sqrt(x), exp
  • Extra operations: factorial (n!), modulo (mod), reciprocal (1/x)
  • Constants: pi, e

Run

NetBeans

  1. Open the project in NetBeans.
  2. Ensure JavaFX is configured in your IDE.
  3. Run AdvanceJavaProject1.

From Command Line (example)

Make sure JavaFX SDK is installed and available on your machine.

java --module-path "<PATH_TO_FX>/lib" --add-modules javafx.controls,javafx.fxml -cp out advancejavaproject1.AdvanceJavaProject1
