Fix .app bundle assembly after wails -production build - #5
Merged
Conversation
wails build -production outputs a raw binary at build/bin/xbar, not inside an .app bundle. Manually assemble Contents/MacOS structure so the archive and lipo steps find the binary at the expected path. https://claude.ai/code/session_01G7j2aLeEq2UnA2oNMzg7ra

wails build -production outputs a raw binary at build/bin/xbar, not inside an .app bundle. This caused the archive step to fail with "No such file or directory".
Fix: add an explicit bundle assembly step after the wails build in both arm64 and amd64 jobs that creates Contents/MacOS/ and copies the binary + Info.plist in.
