Python 3.10 reaches end of life this month and is no longer built by wodby/python, so the updater no longer tracks its upstream version or base image digest. Published 3.10 image tags stay available.

Python 3.10 reaches end of life this month and wodby/python stops building it (wodby/python#22). The updater still tracked 3.10, so it would keep proposing version and base image updates for a version that is no longer built.
This removes 3.10 from the Python version list the updater follows and from the supported versions table in the README. Published 3.10 image tags stay available.
Validation
python -m unittest discover -s tests -p 'test_*.py'passes locally.Merge order
Merge together with wodby/python#22. If this merges first, the next update run still finds a
PYTHON310entry in wodby/python and leaves it untouched.
