Add net-benchmark to the Observability & Monitoring section. net-benchmark is a DNS/HTTP/SSL benchmarking CLI providing resolver performance metrics, DNSSEC validation, DoH/DoT checks, TLS timing, and detailed network analysis. MIT licensed and actively maintained.
