Additionally to uperl/AnyEvent-WebSocket-Client#33 there are more CPAN modules which seem to be affected by the 0.22 release (FYI @leonerd )

• TOSHIOITO/AnyEvent-WebSocket-Server-0.09.tar.gz (FYI @debug-ito )
• TOSHIOITO/Plack-App-WebSocket-0.06.tar.gz

The following one is unclear; it has new test failures which may or may not be related to the 0.22 changes:

• TOKUHIROM/Amon2-6.13.tar.gz (FYI @tokuhirom)

I reverted the changes and published a new release to CPAN.
