The assistant could infer an image credit from an organiser even when the source supplied no credit. Make attribution handling explicit: copy supplied credit and rights wording exactly, omit unsupported attribution from publishable text, and flag missing information in requested source checks or production notes. Caption-only responses keep review notes out of the caption.
The editorial guide and Magnolia recipe follow the same rule. This is a prompt-level correction; human verification remains necessary. No request, schema, provider, dependency or UI implementation changes.
Validation: eight offline prompt renders passed for generation, regeneration, channel-bound generation and rewriting in English and German. Focused source review, diff hygiene and staged secret scan passed. Hosted tests and quality checks passed at the reviewed head. Three bounded paired-credit model previews follow the separately approved release and STG rollout. No prose-pinning tests were added; screenshots do not apply to the prompt and guide diff.
