上流 v0.14.2（b33de9de1）と突き合わせ、tests/ref/ と tests/suite/ が完全に一致すること、削除したファイルがすべて上流由来であることを確認しました。LGTM です。
1点だけ、任意です。tests/src/benches.rs（上流では typst/typst#3569 で削除済み）と tests/README.md（typst/typst#6682 で更新済み）も、同じ理由で上流とずれているようです。この PR で揃えるか、別で対応するかはお任せします。
