Run optimized autoloader generation with strict PSR checking in the PHP 8.2 lint job. This catches invalid project PSR-0 and PSR-4 mappings without duplicating the check across the PHP version matrix. This is in anticipation of work to make the project PSR-4 compliant. Assisted-by: Codex:GPT-5
