What

A second plugin in the crit marketplace: crit-tui, a mod that brings the crit review loop into Claude Code (Claude Code 2.1.287+). It's opt-in and versioned on its own (0.1.0), so the main crit plugin doesn't change.

/plugin marketplace add tomasz-tomczyk/crit
/plugin install crit-tui@crit

How it works

  • /crit-tui opens a pane next to the transcript: the conversation, the git diff, or a file (/crit-tui chat|diff|file <path>).
  • Click a line to move the cursor; drag to select exact text, across lines too. Keys: c comment, r reply, x resolve, s send, ? for the rest.
  • Threads show inline under their lines, with drafts and new replies marked.
  • s sends new comments and replies to Claude as one prompt. Claude answers each item in its thread with the mcp__crit-tui__reply tool. You resolve.
  • A band above the prompt and the status line show what's waiting to be sent and what's new from Claude.

Where comments live

Everything goes through the crit CLI, so crit comments and the browser UI see the same review:

Files

  • integrations/claude-code-tui/: the plugin (hooks module, the pane's Client module, model, state types, tests, README)
  • .claude-plugin/marketplace.json: the new plugin entry
  • cmd/crit/integration_hashes_gen.go: regenerated

Testing

  • claude plugin validate integrations/claude-code-tui and claude plugin validate .: pass
  • claude plugin test integrations/claude-code-tui: 24 tests (documents, review prompt, the pane driven by keys and mouse, crit CLI calls for code and chat comments)
  • Used in live Claude Code sessions while building it
  • go test ./cmd/crit/: pass

…Code

A second plugin in the crit marketplace (`/plugin install crit-tui@crit`)
that brings the crit review loop into Claude Code as a mod (Claude Code
2.1.287+):

- `/crit-tui` opens a pane over the conversation, the git diff, or a file
- click and drag to select exact text, comment inline, reply, resolve
- `s` sends new comments and replies to Claude as one prompt; Claude
answers each in its thread through the mcp__crit-tui__reply tool
- code comments go to the repo's review file with `crit comment --json`,
  carrying `quote` / `quote_offset` for partial selections
- chat comments go to a crit plan saved with `crit plan --no-wait`, with
`crit comment --plan`; with an older crit they stay in the session

It is opt-in and versioned on its own (0.1.0), so the main crit plugin is
unchanged. Integration hashes regenerated for the new files.
