Per the PR tianocore#300, deprecated SCT protocols were removed, which had been causing SCT build errors in the past. These were done due to changes made in the EDK2 repo via PR tianocore/edk2#11380, which were the main reason those errors occurred. But EntsLib still had those deprecated protocols, which caused the link errors. They have been removed with this change.

Applied these changes and saw my build complete successfully. Resulting binary was also able to run on multiple systems.
