The `enabledPlugins` mentions in claude/README.md and the stacks-refactor plan referenced opaque work-item IDs that don't mean anything to anyone reading this repo. "tracked separately" carries the same meaning. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
claude/README.mdand the claudeconfig-stacks-refactor plan both mentioned an opaque work-item ID (gt-1bil) that only means something inside my personal task tracker. Replaced with "tracked separately".Test plan
grep -rn 'gt-[a-z0-9]\{4\}' claude docreturns nothing after the change.
