Bump errcheck (1.9→1.20), noctx (0.4→0.5.1), sloglint (0.11→0.12), and golang.org/x/text. go fix ./... and golangci-lint are clean. Co-authored-by: Bartłomiej Piekarz <Pieczasz@users.noreply.github.com>
