tt pack does not return proper error, when zip not installed in system

If there is no zip in system tt pack fails with error Error: Failed packing *.rock.
It's very hard to detect why rock is not packing.

This was fixed in luarocks

May be tt should check dependencies for tt pack?

Updating luarocks is not a trivial thing. There must be a more significant reason for this. Or the team must have free time.

Unfortunately, we cannot do this now due to lack of free time.
