Update the embedded library to the latest swoole/library master

Rebuild ext-src/php_swoole_library.h via tools/build-library.php from the latest master of swoole/library (swoole/library@9816f0a → swoole/library@5cfa605).

• add http2 request library#185: \Swoole\Coroutine\Http2\MultiplexClient, an HTTP/2 client that multiplexes requests from many coroutines over one shared connection (by @tw2066). The connection is established on demand and re-established transparently after a teardown, and an idle connection is closed automatically after a configurable period without requests. The class is available when the extension is compiled with --enable-http2.
• Support array authentication in RedisConfig for ACL library#187: \Swoole\Database\RedisConfig::withAuth() now also accepts a [username, password] array for Redis ACL authentication, in addition to a password string (by @catchem88).
• Support CURLOPT_PREREQFUNCTION in coroutine curl handler library#190: Support the CURLOPT_PREREQFUNCTION option in the coroutine curl handler (by @lazerg).

Changed:

• Modernized the library codebase for PHP 8.2+ (constructor property promotion, readonly properties, first-class callable syntax, and similar), keeping public constructor parameter names and non-final classes unchanged so subclasses and named arguments keep working.

Removed:

• The library now requires PHP >= 8.2 and Swoole >= 6.2.

In addition, the embedded copy on master predated the last two commits of library v6.2.2, so this update also picks up:

• Process-related helper functions now use pcntl_waitpid() when running in a non-coroutine environment (swoole/library@963826f).
• Fix null key deprecation in ArrayObject::valid() on PHP 8.5 library#189: Fix a PHP 8.5 deprecation notice about null array keys in \Swoole\ArrayObject::valid().

Testing

• Rebuilt the extension locally (macOS, PHP 8.5.8 NTS, --enable-openssl --enable-mysqlnd --enable-swoole-pgsql --enable-sockets --enable-swoole-curl) with the regenerated header.
• Loaded it with the embedded library enabled (swoole.enable_library=On, the default) and verified the library evaluates at startup: SWOOLE_LIBRARY is defined, and \Swoole\StringObject, \Swoole\Database\RedisConfig::withAuth([...]), \Swoole\RemoteObject, and \Swoole\Coroutine\Http2\MultiplexClient all work/exist.
