Scroll animation when clicking in header anchor #985

Anchor Animation

Description

• Users should be able to disable it (e.g.: prefers-reduced-motion)
• The focus should move with the scroll

Motivation

It would be nice to have a scroll animation when clicking on an header.
Currently we have an animation in the open / close sidebar, so having a somewhat similar animation for the click on an header anchor would be nice.

Importance

I don't think this is an important change, but it adds a smooth visual transition between sections.

Alternatives Considered

The alternative is to leave it as it is, no scroll animation
