drops the wifi midway while ongoing a large file transfer

i try few times with multiple devices( android to android/windows) a few GB file transfer but with my android phone drops wifi connection midway to fail file transfer.
connecting and starting the transfer goes OK.
i also noticed few times that failing to connect and start transfer from my android to windows devices using bluetooth. it is hit and miss.
i cant find any way to log/share error out of the box as an end user.
