Summary

Adds a missing Entity record for DLH.io (canonical domain datalakehouse.io) covering the public Startup Program.

Closes #1520

Offer (first-party)

Source: https://datalakehouse.io/startups

Two tracks published on the vendor page:

  1. Self-Funded Startups — up to USD 5,000 in DLH.io credits, onboarding support, early access to connectors/AI features, community Slack (pre-seed/bootstrapped, MVP/early product, < USD 1M funding).
  2. Venture-Backed Startups — up to USD 50,000 in DLH.io credits, dedicated onboarding/architecture review, priority support/roadmap input, co-marketing (Seed–Series B, VC/accelerator-backed, > USD 1M funding).

Maintainer-ready follow-up: this PR covers Missing issue #1520 with the first-party DLH.io Startup Program source documented in the entity. The change is isolated to entities/dl/dlh.yaml; please review when available.

Admission CI is the remaining blocker on this head: claim_unsupported. Trusted validation, identity-context, and DCO checks pass. Please revise the unsupported claim and rerun admission.

Additional source check: https://datalakehouse.io/startups is currently reachable with HTTP 200 and publishes the two DLH.io startup tracks and credit terms. The remaining admission issue is conflict/claim handling, not source availability. Please review the reservation/exact-conflict state before selecting a canonical contribution.

Admission report pinpoints only /economics/consideration/kind as unsupported. I tested a local two-line removal of the unsupported consideration: {kind: none} claim; YAML parsing and git diff --check pass. Please apply that minimal change on the canonical PR branch, then rerun admission. I did not open a duplicate PR.

Thanks for this contribution. We updated the record so every fact matches the vendor's current pages and it can pass admission:

  • Split into two offers matching the page's two tracks: venture-backed (up to $50,000, existing offer ID) and self-funded (up to $5,000, new offer ID).
  • Structured eligibility per track (stage, funding above or below $1M, backing).
  • Added the homepage as a source; rewrote profile text.

Admission re-runs automatically on this new commit.
