Adds engineering-tables to Misc, next to lune: a zero-dependency library for steam and water properties (IAPWS-IF97), statistical distributions and unit conversion. It is tested against the verification values published in the IAPWS-IF97 release (to 8 significant figures), documented, MIT licensed, with TypeScript types. Disclosure: this is my project.
