ocs-kvm [CI]: fix the KVM image retry - #5

The image job's retry killed 'qemu-system-x86_64 .*-name onie', but inside the slave container the installer VM runs as /usr/bin/kvm, so nothing matched, the first attempt's VM kept the serial port, and the second attempt died at launch with "Address already in use". Match the VM by its -name argument, kill any leftover telnet client, and wait for the port to be released before relaunching. Allow three attempts. The failure being retried is the ONIE menu's keystrokes being lost under UEFI, where the firmware's serial driver and GRUB share the UART; it is intermittent at this level, so each attempt is a genuine re-roll.
