Displays pet HP%, MP%, and TP.

Settings

• text_color: the color of the text (excluding full TP)
• tp_full_color: the color of the TP text, when tp>1000
• stroke_color: the color the text stroke
• mp_bar_color: the color of the pet's mp bar

• Account for the chat log moving the pet UI when chat windows are at full width
• Update to use right aligned text if/when Windower implements it
