Lexer#lex_c_codecounted braces inside C comments as action delimiters, causing valid actions such as{ /* } */ int x; }to fail.Consume comments and quoted literals as complete units, honoring escaped quotes. Preserve their contents and source locations while keeping braces inside them out of the nesting count.
