Lets the fractal canvas extend under camera cutouts and system bars while the header/footer controls stay inside the safe area (via the existing
env(safe-area-inset-*)body padding).viewport-fit=coveris applied dynamically only whendisplay-modeisstandalone/fullscreenor the Fullscreen API is active. It is never set in a normal browser tab, where a staticviewport-fit=coverbroke Chrome's rich install sheet (#88 / #89).
