Benchmarks the fs warm cache of rolldown/rolldown#11234 on all three CI platforms. Not for merge.
Adds rows for the pkg.pr.new build of that PR with no cache, a warm cache, and a cold cache (the config deletes the cache files before each build). The preview sits in
tools/rolldown-previewwith its own bin, so the stockrolldownrow is unchanged. The cache is unix only, so the Windows cache rows are a control.
