Why
Use PHP 8.2.35 and 8.4.27 from the merged Nixpkgs PHP security update.
What changed
Add a PHP-only Nixpkgs input pinned to that update. Keep all existing Nixpkgs inputs unchanged.
Build PHP 8.2 and 8.4 modules explicitly. Replace the historical PHP 8.2 module; preserve the PHP 8.1 alias to 8.2.
Use each selected PHP runtime for its runner, Composer, and Phpactor.
This is fully backward and forward compatible
