[DOC] RAPIDS -> nvidia docs migration TODOs #1157

As part of the migration of docs from docs.rapidsai to docs.nvidia there are a few task that need to happen:

• Update link in About banner on github to point to https://docs.nvidia.com/cucim as well as description
• Fix broken logo in README
• Remove references to RAPIDS in README (if used in front of a library like RAPIDS cuDF replace for NVIDIA cuDF)
• Remove any reference of RAPIDS and replace for NVIDIA or if RAPIDS is referred as the ecosystem, find in this comment the corresponding replacements options Replace references to RAPIDS to NVIDIA CUDA-X for data science deployment#748 (comment)
