Portainer 2.0 App Templates Combined

Combine the following templates into one unified since Portainer only accepts one.

1. https://github.com/portainer/templates
2. https://github.com/SelfhostedPro/selfhosted_templates

Make sure you installed Portainer 2.0 CE

1. Click in Settings.
2. Paste the following URL into the App Templates URL: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ramonck/P2ATC/master/template.json
3. Refresh App Templates and make sure to enable "Show container templates".
