refactor(build): delegate build.sh to erc4626-words-prelude nix task

Closes #22

script/build.sh and the erc4626-words-prelude nix task in flake.nix were two verbatim copies of the same forge script BuildAuthoringMeta + rain meta build pipeline. Any encoding flag change (e.g. -e deflate, -m authoring-meta-v2) had to be updated in both places; silently missing one caused the local and CI regeneration paths to diverge.

build.sh now delegates to the nix task — nix develop -c erc4626-words-prelude — so there is exactly one place where the pipeline is defined.
