docs(authoring-meta): clarify vault address is Float-encoded integer in word descriptions

Closes #122

Both erc4626-convert-to-assets and erc4626-convert-to-shares description strings said 'the vault contract address' without noting that it must be supplied as a Float-encoded integer (not a bare address). This misleads Rain expression authors about the expected input form.

What changed

• Both descriptions now read 'the vault contract address (as a Float-encoded integer)'
• Both also replace 'the equivalent amount/number of' with 'the floor-rounded amount/number of' to match the NatSpec already added for @notice/@return claim "equivalent" amount but ERC4626 convert* rounds (lossy), undocumented rounding direction #66/ERC4626 convert* rounding direction is silently accepted without favoring the non-interactive party #69
