Support for IdentityV3 #650

@rbuckland Nothing in progress specifically at the moment, but if you were interested in working on a v3 identity mock we would be enthusiastically interested in accepting it! Do you need something specific, or just to test against v3 generally?
mimic currently does not support identity V3.
Is there any work / plans in place to support it ?
