feat(formatters): OSPC-2288: Added affected paths rendering for correlated multipath orders

Added support for extracting, parsing, and rendering correlated per-path child alert diagnostics into ticket descriptions across all communication providers.

Key changes:

• Updated _build_fallback_canonical() to extract attached child alert records across payload, context, and metadata layers.
• Added _build_affected_paths() to extract and format granular per-path diagnostic fields (instance, interface_ip, dm_dev, multipath_id, volume_id) from correlated child alerts.
• Updated _section_model() to identify multipath root alerts (is_multipath_root) and attach the formatted affected_paths list to the template context.
• Updated provider renderers (_render_bbcode_sections, _render_adf_sections, _render_markdown_sections, _render_plain_sections, _render_discord_message) to display the structured Affected Paths (N total) section.
• Added safe fallback message (Detailed path metadata was not attached.) when an aggregated order is dispatched without attached child metadata.
• Added format_multipath_ticket() helper delegating directly to render_provider_content().
