video rec doesn't work

[koseid72]

Once clicked the emu hangs until I press ESC.
(full screen mode)

If I'm not in full screen mode it gives me an error on a pop up window but it doesn't hang the emu. Video Rec button stays red like it is recording but it doesn't

i'm using a different file dialogs library on windows now since v1.16. let me know if this is a better or worse solution for your case.

No, unfortunately it gaves the same error.
Same problem as reported that occurs when I want to choose any file to load when I'm in full screen
