Build standalone EXE problem

When I click on it it doesn't let me chose the file. File browser doesn't pop up.
Tried deleting ini without luck

Sorry opened twice. This problem in full screen still remains

I've added a different file selector in v1.16. Let me know if this one fixes your fullscreen+dialog problem.
