report attending-neuron count (backward reachability from the output and signal neurons) and the probe ticks per window for every candidate topology seed. a new optional seed tries argument sweeps consecutive seeds and keeps the topology with the most attending neurons, ties broken by fewer ticks per window

both numbers decide whether a task is usable:

• neurons outside the attending set never influence the score, and node-side verification cost scales directly with ticks per window (measured spread between otherwise equivalent seeds exceeds 2x)

The topology will follow CFB's design for the ANN problem, it is predefined so we can not freely adjust the topology. So I will close this PR.
