Reference Line with time

I am trying to add a reference line at 8 hours

searchType: frontmatter, frontmatter
searchTarget: Sleep, baseline
folder: Daily Notes
penalty: ', 08:00'
startDate: -2M
endDate: 0d

line:

    xAxisLabel: Date
    yAxisLabel: Sleep (h.m)

    yMin: 0

But I get this error
Not all values in time format

Ive also tried
penalty: ['', '08:00']
and get this error
Invalid inputs for penalty

You don't use square brackets. Just comma separate the values like:

penalty: '', '08:00'

You might still have to specify the first value as a time format though (eg, '00:00')
