Session Handoff [auto-3604]: #3604 Open the Attended Session on Cloning a Private Hub Checkout #3647
Fix Open the Attended Handoff Session on Cloning a Private Hub Checkout #3604. In .agents/skills/session-handoff/SKILL.md "The Attended Session", add a step 0 that makes a private hub checkout for this session as its first command, with the command in the step itself (for example git clone --branch main https://github.com/ptr727/ProjectTemplate.git <worktrees>/ProjectTemplate-<slug>). Name that checkout as the one $handoff runs from, and say that the Skill tool's base directory is the maintainer's own checkout and never the one the procedure runs in. Keep "Running the Chain" consistent with it, and keep the location and cleanup Name Where a Session's Private Hub Checkout Lives and Who Removes It #3330 already settled rather than restating or changing them. Regenerate the distributions with scripts/build_dist.py per skill-lifecycle. Done means a pull request into develop, its body carrying Closes on promotion: #3604, merged under scope develop.

State
No branch, worktree, or pull request exists for this lane yet. The issue was unworked when this handoff was created, with no auto-3604 link before this one and no open or develop-only pull request naming it.
The parked decision queue
0 parked decisions.
What the last round did
Created this handoff from the open backlog as an unattended-handoff picker.
Merged #3648 into develop as 64a1575, under scope develop. It carries Closes on promotion: #3604, so #3604 closes when develop is promoted to main.
session-handoff "The Attended Session" now opens on step 0, which clones the hub's main into a new directory under the fleet worktree directory as the session's first command. That clone is where $handoff runs from, and it is pulled fast-forward before step 6 writes. Step 0 also says the location the skill was loaded from is never the session's hub checkout.
"Running the Chain" now says <hub-checkout> is a hub checkout of the session's own, never the maintainer's. The in-hub relative-path exception is gone.
unattended-handoff "The Seats" no longer cites that exception. The picker and the worker each clone their own hub checkout on main, and Picker step 6 allows the picker that clone.
The local pass ran four rounds. Its findings were fixed across two pushes. The one Copilot thread, on an earlier head, was already fixed by 9e0a7de, and it was answered and resolved. Cleanup exited 0, and the base clone is at origin/develop.
Filed nothing. One consequence goes unfiled: each unattended round now leaves a picker clone and a worker clone under the fleet worktree directory. Removing them is what #3330 was about, and #3330 was closed under the decision on #3391.
