uv included in workbench session image #161

Open

Description

@samcofer

Hello!

uv is always discussed a best practice by SE, can we install uv in the workbench session image by default? Not having it means a large number of our customers will need to maintain their own containers since we recommend it. Is there a reason we chose to exclude it?

    We kept it out to keep the images most similar to the rstudio-docker-products versions. We can probably include it, but we'll have to check whether the approach to Python install paths will need to be adjusted.
