Release ssdtools 2.7.0 #191

Release branch: joethorley/cran-2.7.0, branched off poissonconsulting/dev at 4bd4a81.

Deadline

ggtext is scheduled for CRAN archival on 2026-09-12. The published ssdtools 2.6.0 still lists ggtext in its Imports, so ssdtools would be archived alongside it unless 2.7.0 is accepted on CRAN before that date. That is 13 days from 2026-08-30, against a CRAN review that typically takes several days.

• Merge Release ssdtools 2.7.0, removing the ggtext dependency bcgov/ssdtools#483, which removes the ggtext dependency, into bcgov:main
• Confirm ggtext is absent from Imports in the tarball actually submitted
