The release-notes check generates notes from the first '## [' heading, so an empty [Unreleased] above the version fails it. Every previous tag has the version at the top; this matches.

main.Two things worth flagging in the notes rather than hiding:
sip calls diagnoseships non-functional. It needs server-side support that is not live, so it is called out as a known limitation withsip calls getnamed as the workaround.
