Use `ryl` instead of `yamllint`

With yamllint I needed yamlfix to get it aligned.

I suggest ryl which also has a fix command

@MRDGH2821 ryl looks good, but it does not seems to be adopted and popular enough to get into MegaLinter for now

But you could easily create a MegaLinter plugin :)
