- Migrate set-flavor to the v2 declarative flavor update
- Migrate reinstall to the v2 declarative image update
- Refuse no-op updates: current flavor for set-flavor, current image for reinstall
- Remove --from-file, --editor, --init-file and stdin input from reinstall
- Remove the v1 instance status poller
