Tutor is published from main as a development release, and PEP 440 excludes pre-releases unless the specifier names one, so `tutor>=23.0.0` matches nothing and this plugin's main branch cannot be installed at all. Tutor now resolves from PyPI, so the test workflow no longer installs it from git. Close overhangio/tutor#1488 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
