The main branch of this plugin is developed against Tutor's main branch, which now carries the version of the upcoming Open edX release. Requiring the released Tutor version here makes pip install that release over the Tutor under development, and it stops the plugin from ever declaring what it actually targets. The test workflow installs Tutor from its main branch before the plugin, because the requirement above has no PyPI release to resolve against until that release is cut. mainbranch now carries the version of the upcoming Open edX release (overhangio/tutor#1483), so this plugin'smainbranch can declare what it actually targets:tutor>=23.0.0,<24.0.0instead of the released range. The plugin's own version is deliberately left alone: plugins have no version suffix, so bumping it on
