### Breaking Changes

**Swift Package Manager only**: The SDK is now distributed exclusively through Swift Package Manager. CocoaPods support has been removed; migrate by adding `https://github.com/optimizely/swift-sdk` as a package dependency in Xcode or `Package.swift`.

**Raised minimum platforms**: Xcode 27 no longer builds older deployment targets, so the minimum supported versions are now iOS 15.0, tvOS 15.0, watchOS 9.0, and macOS 12.0.

- Migrate SDK distribution, CI, and releases to SPM on Xcode 27 ([#658](https://github.com/optimizely/swift-sdk/pull/658))
