Would it be possible to add Netflix Party style features to the chat rooms?

I love watching videos with friends in a call together, but it's awkward to say "everyone go to timestamp x:yz and press play in 3...2...1...". If video was served via IPFS and anybody could play/pause/rewind/etc via PubSub that would be amazing.
